PROTON Cultural Night Oct. 18 - UNISON ’ 08

PROTON business school conducted its first ever cultural night ‘UNISON’ on 18th Oct ’08. The excitement, zeal and unbound enthusiasm of young Protons was the fountainhead for this programme's successful execution.

It was only a few days that the Cultural Committee & Sponsorship Committee took charge of conducting the complete UNISON. The principle of 'delegation of tasks' was practised in entirety, for both. The Cultural Committee was responsible for ensuring top quality and seamless entertainment in various programmes of the event; whereas the Sponsorship Committee was engaged in seeking relevant sponsorships and availing certain true benefits to corporates.

At the same time, participants were busy in giving finishing touches to their performances, with lots of hard work and dedication. The whole institute was very anxious to have a final drill before the final presentation live.

The event began with Saraswati Vandana and lightning of ceremonial lamp by Mrs. Manudhane. The presence of Mr. Varun Gupta- CEO and Mr. Mitesh Sanghvi further motivated the participants.

The event continued with various performances of dance, skits, Proton Rockers Band & fashion shows. The participants performed extremely well which kept the whole audience engaged and excited. The roadmap included the most awaited- DJ Hour. It eventually converted the venue into a dance floor. It not only included the participants, but also the audiences and faculty members.

The event concluded with a dinner for Protons and faculty members. And finally, the day was winded up with a fantastic photo session, which created lots of memories of the first ever cultural night, for the first ever batch of PROTON business school.

Indeed, it's time for positive change!
