State’s first international class B-School, PROTON business school launched

The sizzling action of launching PROTON business school was done at the touch of a remote button by Mr. Nitin Bajaj, Associate Director (HR), UBS; Mr. Sharad Goyal, Google India - Head (HR) and Mr. Jarpum Gamlin, Sr. Manager (HR), Moser Baer Entertainment Division.

The First PROTON Positive contribution Awards

On the occasion of the inauguration, the maiden Proton Positive Contribution Awards were given away in total 9 categories.

The Proton Positive Contribution Awards have been instituted to recognize those rare individuals who have creatively and practically contributed to society in their own special way; those who gave much more importance to their duties towards society and country rather than their rights and privileges; and those who are positive role models for others to emulate.

Indore Collector Mr. Vivek Agarwal was given the Public Welfare Award for his contributions to Public Welfare. It’s a well known fact that Mr. Agarwal has changed the face of Indore with many significant measures, most notably the Indore City Bus.

Mr. A Ramasubramanian, CEO, Eicher Motors was given the Industrial Management Award for his contributions in the field of industrial development.

Mr. Abhay Chhajlani was bestowed with the Journalism Award for his significant contributions in the field.

In the Medical Services category, Dr P.S. Hardia received the Award for his contributions. Dr Hardia is a world famous opthalmologist, having helped restore the vision of more than 6 lakh visually challenged people.

Dr D.D Bhawalkar got the Scientific Research Award for his contributions in the field of LASERS and also his dedicated service for the implementation of this research for social benefit.

Mr. Narendra Hirwani was given the Proton Positive Contribution Award in the category of Sports for his achievements as well as efforts to improve the lot of sports in the state.

Mr. Prasan Wilfred of The Genius got the Educational Services Award for his impressive role in the field of Children's Education.

Mr. Mahesh Thampi, COO, Airtel (MP & CG circle) was given the Services Management award for successfully implementing various services and making his brand a household name in the state.

In the same category, Mr. Sajid Dhanani, MD- Sayaji Hotels was awarded the Proton Positive Contribution Award for responsible and successful execution of services.
