PROTON business school, the latest venture from the PT universe, is a movement to create positive leaders and a stream of responsible professionals for the 21st century. PROTON business school is doing contemporary, quality teaching and research in the area of modern corporate requirements. Currently, the school offers PG programmes in Excellence and Leadership at Indore campus, an ultra-modern facility spread over approx. 1 lac sq. ft. of built-up area. Our brand new Ahmedabad campus is coming soon. A broad range of programmes is being introduced.

ACADEMICS

Dean (Academics)
Location : Ahmedabad campus (starting July 2009)

The candidate must have a diverse teaching experience of at least 10+ years in management field. A strong and meritorious academic background with industry experience will be preferred. A PhD from a reputed Indian/foreign university will be an added advantage. Relevant experience at the similar position with strong corporate exposure and administrative qualities is a must.

Faculty Members
Locations : Ahmedabad, Indore campuses

As part of its academic team requirement, PROTON business school invites applications (Experienced / Fresher, PhDs / MBAs) for Ahmedabad and Indore campuses from well qualified senior academicians and corporate professionals for academic positions at all levels mentioned above in all areas of management including Accounting & Finance, Marketing Management, OB & HR, Operations, IT & Systems, General Management, Industrial Relations, Communication, Quantitative Techniques & Statistics, Economics, Communications and Soft Skills, Business Strategy & International Business, Banking, Insurance, Entrepreneurship and Law, and other management subjects.

ADMINISTRATION

Manager (Admissions)  (1 post)
Location : Ahmedabad campus

Extremely experienced and youthful Sales professional, who can create relationships with various institutions and training centres, spread brand awareness, conduct seminars and generate interest for PROTON courses in the minds of potential Protons. The work entails lot of fieldwork, and positive energy. Will lead the entire admissions effort at local level, and guide the team of Career Advisors. Will be responsible for achieving the admissions target set for his campus.

Career Advisors (6 posts)
Location : Ahmedabad campus

Experienced, young and smart, graduate boys and girls. The applicant must have good Communication Skills, Selling Skills, Telecalling Skills and fluency in English and Hindi language. The Career Advisor counsels enquiries from potential Protons and converts them into final admissions.

Manager–Human Resources (1 post)
Location : Ahmedabad campus

Will handle all HR affairs, including recruitment planning, training logistics, payroll management, motivational exercises etc. Should have at least 3+ years managerial experience.

Network / System Administrator (1 post)
Location : Ahmedabad campus

Computer Science graduate having sound knowledge of Networking, Wi-Fi, Windows 2003 Server, Firewalls, Security, Hardware installation and troubleshooting etc. Have worked with computer networked environment of at least 100+ computers over a period of 2+ years.

Hardware Support Specialist (1 post)
Locations : Ahmedabad campus

The candidate must have sound knowledge of Networking, Hardware installation and troubleshooting, Wi-Fi, Server Operating systems, Security/Firewalls, Routers.

Executive–Human Resources (1 post)
Location : Ahmedabad campus

To assist in handling HR affairs, including recruitment planning, training logistics, payroll management, etc. Should have at least 1 year experience.

Computer Operators (2 posts)
Location : Ahmedabad campus

Experienced, BCA / B. Sc. Comp. Sci. / Others. The applicant must have sound knowledge of Windows Xp, MS Office, Internet Surfing & Searching, Outlook Express, CorelDraw, Pagemaker, Photoshop etc. Good typing speed required.

EPABX Operators (2 posts)
Location : Ahmedabad campus

Must have good Communication & Telecalling Skills and fluency in English, Hindi (and Gujarati) languages.
