Teaching & learning at Proton knows no boundaries.

Global Vision series Protons develop an unbiased global outlook about national and international events through rigorous readings and discussions. Over their stay of 2 years at PROTON, they spend at least 500 hours reading this publication, digesting its analytical articles, discussion with each other, sitting through formal session, and writing quizzes based on that. The winners of the weekly quiz based on the current issue of 'The Economist' compete for the title of “The king of The Economist”. It is a true test of knowledge, perseverance, dedication, spontaneity and multidimensional thinking.

Global Management Development Programs (Global MDP) Excellent and top-notch faculty and professionals from around the world – including Harvard, Stanford etc. – visit our campuses and share their vision. This brings global quality to us, at our own doorstep.

Chaupaal - the in-house LDC Every single working day, each Proton learns the nuances of practical leadership at the fantastic assembling point ‘the Chaupaal’. Communication skills, crowd management techniques, leadership abilities and stage-presence skills get polished regularly at ‘the Chaupaal’.

Management games All work and no play makes ... Well! A healthy dose of games keeps Proton charged and gives them a fresh way of looking at the world around them.

Straight from the horse’s mouth Leading and experienced enterpreneurs, businessmen and professionals share their learnings with us. Protons benefit from the vast rainbow of personalities they get to interact with.

Student engagement programs Various activites, clubs, events and associations are available for Protons’ creative expressions. Blood donation camps, National Enterpreneurship Network, Animal rights projects... it all adds up.

Workshops & conferences on a variety of technical topics and themes are organised to widen the Protons’ perspective. Such workshops are organised by Protons themselves.

Movie shows It is a happy sight to see young Indians emotionally moved by learning more about the immense contributions of Gandhi, Bose and Sardar Patel. Movie shows on a variety of themes and shades helps us exchange views and learn with fun!

PROTON is a CAT affiliated institute. The IIMs have no role in the selection process or the running of our programmes. PROTON business school offers non-professional and non-technical courses under its PGP. MBA of a UGC recognised university is offered in distance learning mode to the students who successfully complete the programme.
