Foreign Exchange Technical Analysis

“Money does not grow on trees” - the saying goes on to justify the hardwork put in by people in order to become wealthy. However we better have a second thought at it, the Foreign Exchange (Forex) market would make you feel as if money is growing on trees across the borders. Foreign Exchange Technical Analysis was the title of recently held Expert Guest Lecture at PROTON business school, Ahmedabad Campus

This time the Expert Guest faculty was Mr. Harsh Japee, a professional consultant in the Forex markets. He provides admin and technical support to exporters – importers, offering them specific hedging /open positions strategies for their foreign currency exposures. Providing technical advisory services to traders and investors in Gold, silver, crude (international), major currencies and Indices including nifty.

The expert guest lecture on Technical Analysis for Forex offered many insights to the Protons as to how the Currency market works. In fact, many studies show that less than 5% of Forex traders are consistently profitable. There are various reasons why 95% of forex traders are not consistent with their earnings, but two factors usually stand out: lack of proper forex education and a lack of knowledge about the Forex market.

The theme of the session was the importance of using the charts and technical indicators in a clear, simple and concise manner to improve the trade entries and exits. Mr. Harsh explained various events in the nature including the markets and how they follow the Fibonacci series.
The Protons understood the pinpoint accuracy of the intraday levels for currency pairs, main supports and resistances in the Forex market. The currency pair price structure building is the crux of the Forex Market. Any Forex trader knows in advance the first target which the price will obligately reach. The movement between such levels are quite enough for the trader’s needs. Concrete quantity of pips in such movement will be known to the trained Forex trader.

The forex can be an amazing way to earn a fast buck, unfortunately it’s not so easy to do so consistently. The session was informative and many Protons asked interesting and pragmatic questions which made the entire session lively and energetic. It also gave insights into a new line of career for protons specializing in finance stream.

 It’s time for positive change!
