Continuing with the tradition of Global MDP, PROTON invited Ms. Anja Walter from Germany who spoke on the interesting topic “The Fascinating World of Intercultural Business”. She is an expert at nuances of conducting global business, cross cultural management & international project management. She also has extensive experience in software project management & role outs, international project design & strategic planning.

She shared the importance of cultures in international market. Religion & cultures of several nations like Germany, India etc. were discussed at length. She focused on the impact of cultural differences in working of the team, and how understanding the same can significantly boost productivity.
