Appointment of PROTON Authorised Counsellors (PACs)
The PROTON business school is a positive leadership movement. We aim to create responsible professionals for the 21st century. Our high-quality programmes will polish students to bring out the best in them, and create a stream of manager-leaders who are corporate and 21st century-ready.
The PROTON business school wishes to appoint individuals with a keen interest in education services as their representatives across India, as PACs to spread the information about our programmes, and admission processes.
Our requirements are :
- The PAC will be authorised by PROTON to counsel students to apply for PROTON's programmes, as they are available at various campuses, from time to time.
- A formal MoU will be signed between a PAC and PROTON that will govern the relationship and work rules.
- The PROTON Authorised Counsellor (PAC) needs to fulfill standard norms
- a strong network with local students in his/her region
- strong communication skills, and ability to convince
- a desire to explore new, better and quality options for students
- honest, transparent and streamlined work-style
- The PAC can be an independent person with no office setup. In that case, he/she will operate from his/her own home.
- The PAC can be the owner of an education enterprise. In that case, the education centre will be the compulsory location for counselling activities.
- Local conveyance, communication and other expenses to be borne by the PAC on his/her own.
- Incentives will be available depending on terms and conditions signed in the MoU.
- The PAC will be an independent professional entity, and not an employee / associate / centre or PROTON. We reserve to right to delist any PAC at any point in time, or to appoint as many PACs as deemed fit in any area.
