The beginning of a great future
The first intake of PROTON started at Indore campus in Fall 2008. The institute started its final placements process, from Nov-Dec 2009. It will last till May 2010. It has been quite an amazing journey so far. Led by our Top Team and the Placements Committee of PROTON (driven by students), we have showcased our strengths to the world, and managed a large number of summer internships and winter internships for Fall and Spring intakes respectively. Our batch was fully summer-placed in leading organizations of the country! 12 students bagged internships with European companies' upcoming Indian projects. Couple of students got placed in Middle-eastern and East Asian countries. In an interesting development, some Protons also received offers through AIESEC for summers from African telecom giant - MTN. Later, during the final placements stage that lasted till 10th May 2010, every Proton who wanted a job, and strived for one, got it! It was a splendid performance indeed.

Final Placements
In Central India, our final placements have struck a qualitatively superior chord. Despite the global meltdown and consequent ripples felt throughout the economy, the trend we see is largely positive. Organisations want responsible professionals, and that is what we deliver. The first intake (Fall 2008) participated in the final placements at Indore campus and we targetted 100% placements for them. We are happy to report that every single student who wanted a job, and strived for one, got it! Reputed organisations like Deloitte, Airtel, DB Corp, HCL Technologies, PT universe, MNI partners, Nagarro Software, Bajaj Capital, Network 18, Humint Consulting etc. appreciated our students' quality and hired from campus. We worked steadily towards a great overall record for the whole Fall 2008 intake. We are also getting our placement figures audited, probably an industry-first. The May 10th deadline for Fall 2008 is over, and now Spring 2009 intake has started its final placements lap.

The 'Corporate Protons' group
PROTON business school is the only institute in India that has committed itself to lifelong mentoring of its passing out students. We have started an official Alumni portal on LinkedIn, and each finally placed Proton (or those opting for Entrepreneurship) automatically become a member of that. You can see the videos of all our Finally Placed Protons using the link in left panel. This video page will be updated frequently. The value addition that our alumni will receive will be very high.
