PROTON business school - Creating responsible professionals for the 21st century

Placement Process

The Placements Committee presents the list of the students to the companies. To optimize on the process, company is advised to deliver a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) at PROTON campus. PPT helps the students understand a company better and creates an opportunity to clarify any query regarding the same. For short-listing purpose, companies will be provided with the list of all the students as asked by them. All the students short-listed will then go through the selection process.

Once an offer is made

  • Once a student receives an offer he/she should necessarily sign out of the placements process.
  • If two companies make simultaneous offers to a student, then the student has the choice to accept any one of the two.
  • In case of wait-listed candidates, they automatically get elevated to the selected candidate’s list, if a selected candidate from the list drops out or signs out.

Note

  • All job offers for the student participating in the Placement Process should be made through the Placements Committee of PROTON business school.
  • All correspondence to and from the company will be rooted through the Placements Committee only.
  • Companies will be required to make an offer in writing on the company’s letter head.
