The PROTON Placement Services division acts as the nodal point for coordination and development of corporate relations leading to placement of Protons. It is driven by a students’ committee chaired by a full-time Professor, and the Director.
The time which Protons spend with us is utilised in making each one realise their own strengths and weaknesses. This process of constant career coaching develops a confidence and sense of direction in each individual, which helps during placement season when square pegs and square holes are to be matched.
A very wide range of organisations of repute is approached by active members of the students’ committee. Constant and meaningful relationship building ensures a high turnout ratio for corporate HR at PROTON campuses and results in quick and high quality placements.
Since the faculty composition at PROTON is a healthy mix of local, regional and global talent, our capacity to showcase and sell appropriate skillsets to various corporates is high. These linkages are instrumental in achieving very meaningful placements for Protons.
Every Proton who passes out from the portals of the school, will enjoy a life-long relationship of support and friendship. Proton will be their second home where they can find talent, continuing education and can contribute intellectually to the coming generations. |
