Joy of learning. “We assess the success of our programmes and processes by the joy of learning that they instil in student minds. The student must enjoy seeking a deeper knowledge of both herself and the world around her. If an institutional education is unable to do that, or in fact turns a student off from further learning, its quality is decidedly poor. A quality education must be delightful”.

Very high execution discipline. “The various education process are documented and standardized, and each educator is trained to deliver same high quality every time”.

Repeatability of successful experiences. “Programme components – lectures, exercises, case studies, quizzes, projects, tasks, assignments etc. - must be successfully executed on a repeatable basis. Day to day direct student feedback mechanisms must ensure this”.

Constant upgradation using global resources. “Global faculty resources, technology tools, and networks are used to update courses, learning tools and databases constantly. Students must benefit from a central support system that is global in outlook, modern in content, and aggressive in character”.
