XLRI Jamshedpur, this mechanical engineer brings with him more
than 12 years of rich experience in engineering, sales, HR and
training. As the head of human resources at TV18 India Ltd.,
Chand has contributed substantially to the HR and team
building efforts.
His previous stint with Nipuna Services Ltd – the B.P.O.
subsidiary of Satyam Computers, saw him contributing as the
Operations HR & Training Lead. He created world-class HR &
Training processes & systems, considered amongst the best in
BPO Industry in India, including a highly effective retention
planning system.
He is a voracious reader and picks up golden nuggets from
writings across the world to be applied to the world of
business, HR and leadership. Under his watch, many a greenhorn
has polished their leadership skills to emerge victorious in
corporate battles.
